Coronavirus (Covid-19) Impact & Safety Plan 

As the global Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic continues to spread around the world, we have taken steps to maintain operations to serve you, our customers, and to protect our staff and our community. As an essential business supplying natural cleaning and personal care products, we have seen a significant increase in demand for our products since March 2020. This has resulted in:

 

  • Supply chain issues;
  • Products being out of stock; and
  • Longer order process times.

 

We continue to work with our supply chain partners to minimize disruptions as much as possible. 

 

With physical distancing rules in place, order process times have increased:

Order Review: 24 hours increased to 48-72 hours;

Order Preparation: 3-5 business days increased to 7-14 business days.

 

*PLEASE NOTE: These are general timelines, please be aware that although we do our best to meet demand, some circumstances are beyond our control.

 

During this time, we ask for your patience and thank you for your understanding. We encourage you to submit your orders through the LFT B2B Portal, as this system provides information on product status which is updated daily. We will be in contact with you to propose any changes to orders, if required, on a case by case basis. We will continue to monitor, the situation, implement further actions, as needed, and will inform you if anything changes.
