Coronavirus (Covid-19) Update
As the outbreak of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to spread around the world, we are taking steps to maintain operations to serve you, our customers, and to protect our staff and our community. As a supplier of natural cleaning and personal care products, we have seen a significant increase in demand for our products over the last months. This has resulted in:
• Products being out of stock; and
• Longer order process times.
We are continuing to work with our supply chain partners to minimize disruptions.
We are reviewing our operational continuity procedures and implemented precautionary measures:
• Limiting visitors at our facility;
• Closed our factory showroom (opening soon);
• Warehouse open (order pick up by appointment);
• Banning travel by plane;
• Reinforcing good hygiene practices; and
• Financially supporting our staff to remain at home should they fall ill.
With social distancing rules in place, order process times have increased:
Order Review – process has increased to 48-72 hours from 24 hours; and
Order Preparation - now takes 7-14 business days instead of 3 to 5 business days.
*PLEASE NOTE: The above are general timelines. Although we will do our best to meet demand, some circumstances are beyond our control and may result in longer processing times. We continue to work with our supply chain partners to minimize disruptions.
During this time, we ask for your patience and thank you for your understanding. We encourage you to submit your orders through the LFT B2B Portal, as this system provides information on product status which is updated daily. We will be in contact with you to propose any changes to orders, if required, on a case by case basis. We will continue to monitor, the situation, implement further actions, as needed, and will inform you if anything changes.
